Who we are

This website and Lightmorphic Flat are provided by Lightmorphic Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17423646, at 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE.

The licence

Lightmorphic Flat is free and open-source software, released under the GNU General Public License, version 3 or later. That licence, not this page, governs your rights to use, study, change and redistribute the software. Where anything here conflicts with it, the GPL prevails.

The source code is at github.com/lightmorphic/flat.

No warranty

As the GPL states, the software is provided without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Flat copies and replaces application data. Keep a backup until you have opened the restored apps and checked they are as you expect.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The apps it installs

Flat installs other people's software from Flathub or from whichever remote you choose. Each of those apps carries its own licence and its own terms, which apply between you and its authors.

The content of this site is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is free of error. Pages may change or be withdrawn without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
